Duncan Creek Pentecostal Church

.: Our Pastor

Several years after receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost, in a small home missions church in Lilburn, Georgia, Toufic & April Azar were led by the Lord to start a church in their hometown of Loganville, Georgia. After approximately a year of having the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with their friends, family and community, they were called to leave Loganville and become missionaries to the country of Lebanon in the Middle East.

While in Lebanon, they started Christian Life Church, located in the northern part of the city of Beirut. After establishing the church, with several being baptized and receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, the Lord called them to again return to the United States.

In the year to follow, the Azars' evangelized throughout the U.S. holding several revivals in various cities where the Lord ministered to many praying through to His presence, receiving healings and others receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

While preaching a revival in the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, direction from the Lord was given for Pastor Azar about his receiving direction for his future by the end of that week. By Friday, the Lord miraculously opened the doors for mission work in the city of Dacula, Georgia.

In pursuit of God's will and in obedience to His voice, Toufic & April started the church the following Sunday.

After two years of witnessing and preaching the Gospel in the city of Dacula, the Lord opened a door and moved the church 5 miles from its location into the city of Buford.

We believe the Lord has great harvest and marvelous work in store for the northern part of Gwinnett county and its surrounding area.

      In Jesus Name!
